Product Manager
Business Market and General Aviation

Our sensors have flown on nearly every type of aircraft including commercial aircraft, military aircraft, business jets, general aviation, rotorcraft and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles.
We are searching for an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for growing the Business and General Aviation Market Segments through sustaining the current business and new business development.
Key Job Responsibilities
- As part of a cross-functional team, collaborate with Engineering, Operations and other functions to accomplish company objectives.
- Support the development and implementation of new product design programs.
- Work closely with Customer Service Representative to:
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and year booking and sales goals
- Provide the highest level of customer service
- Develop and recommend Pricing for existing customers and products
- Negotiate Contracts
- Maintain and or improve customer relationships with customer visits, and other communications
- Seek profitable new business by pursuing new customers, increasing market share at existing customers, and developing new products.
- Develop a new business development plan (defines opportunities in the market).
- Develop a travel plan that supports the new business goals.
- Take the lead on all new business programs.
- Be the customers’ Champion in successfully moving new business from RFQ to shipment.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree, preferably in Marketing or Engineering.
- Minimum 3 to 7 years experience in Product Management or sales with an emphasis on selling complex / technical components to both aftermarket customers and original equipment manufacturers.
- Aerospace experience preferred.
- Strong Written and oral communication skills.
- Technical expertise to grasp and discuss the technical aspects of products with customers as well as engineering and production team members.
- Possess a unique blend of business, application, customer focus and technical skills along with the people skills and drive to complete goals.
- Ability to travel 30%, including internationally.
