We are currently seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead our Engineering Team. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package are all offered as a part of this position. Candidates for this position must fit the following description:
- Manage development engineers and development Lab
- Responsible for the on-time delivery, on-budget and successful completion of all Engineering development programs
- Forecast capital requirements and HR resource planning, assign staff to projects and programs, manage program priorities and resource constraints
- Monitor and guide program activities, processes and technical content, cost, and schedule
- Review and approve technical content and cost estimates for program proposals
- Manage Internal R&D programs
- Provide development and training opportunities for engineering staff
- Experience with military and aerospace standards
- Knowledge of FAA/PMA process
- Knowledge and experience of the design and development process including interaction with design engineers, design personnel, qualification processes, quality function interaction, and manufacturing processes
- Skilled in resource management
- Skilled in setting and adjusting engineering resource priorities
- Education: BSME
- Experience: 10+ years engineering experience
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident
