We are searching for a Customer Service Representative to Provide the Primary Point of Contact with Aero-Instruments customers in order to provide superior customer service.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Primary Point of Contact for all day-to-day customer activity
- Provide customer quotes and follow up
- Order Entry and Order Acknowledgement
- Provide customers with Order Status
- Manage and maintain all customer correspondence and files
- Maintain positive relationship with customers
- Manage customer returns
- Look for opportunities for new sales to existing customer base
- Coordinate with Manufacturing on production scheduling issues in order to maintain 100% on-time deliveries
- Contact customers on Accounts Receivables issues
- Administer Government Contracts
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum two year degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent job experience
- One to three years in Customer Service within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in the Aerospace industry and / or working with a Manufacturing Resource Planning system a plus
- Strong work ethic.
- A high attention to detail.
- Must be flexible in handling multiple tasks.
